Its in the mixer by default when you start FL/new project, just remove it from there and the limiter is removed. Im sure georgem124 will help you more if you ask nicely.

open up the mixer and click the arrow on the right little arrow (pointing Down) on the plugin/generator. and a list comes up. Select [None].
