I hate horse archers...they dont do shit to my armor.. its just a pain cornering them down. I found a trick though. group yoru army at the edge of map and herde them in with your main char. they get stuck on invisable wall and you can slaughter them like cattle.
I freaking hate HA...impossible to catch with my play style...( Typical knight) but they are useless in castle battles, and take a while to cause any significant damage in the field!
But..on the stratigic map they dominate...all that speed..

not for me lol, i have 267 vaegir marksman and they do a great job, i just hit "hold this position" and they get in a straight line and BOOOOOM everyones dead cuz of the massive arrow storms they throw out, its great.
horse archers are good against light armor but would ultimately lose to swadian knights and sergeants which i think they should at least get stronger armor to combat this to make armor efficiency even
At :57, that guy's shield would still have blocked that, in a real situation, which this is not. Although it almost looked like it was an arm shot. Still a good game though. It would be cool if you could use passive shields. Nice video.
You can, against arrows at least. It can be worth lugging around a massive shield but never using it just for the added back protection against archers. First game I've ever seen that's done that, too.
i always have two sheilds a huge n heavy heater sheild that always stays on my back and a smaller kite shield for my one hand axe they can never hit me when i throw spears from the back
this makes me wonder, how sharp could have sharp been in those ages. Seriously I mean in all actuality I'd figure a blade at that time would more constantly get stuck inside the flesh of the enemy rather then slice right thru. You'll get lucky sometimes but, sheesh.
You managed to make a video that doesn't have the stupid things of M&B, like the horses stopping, or the infantry acting stupid, and made it look like a game where combat was actually nice to watch lol.

Things become to repetative once you begin your conquest of the lands. To be honest, if you could rent PC games, this would be one to just rent not buy. But that's your choice.
OMG! If the game was free it wouldent exist, its not ea dice thats developing it, its Taleworlds and theres only 6-10 empoloyees(?). Money dont grow on trees.

It is free, up to lvl 7 then you can't play that character anymore. But you can buy it and resume.
