There's a slight delay between what you are playing and the backing track. Very slight, but it's throwing everything I'm hearing off. That and I'd lower the volume of the backing track bringing what you are playing forward. Other than that... Awesome! :D

Could use some tightening in some spots but over all it sounds great! Try to mute with your left hand instead of your right. And make sure you're experimenting with different techniques for finger plucking. Try a more gentle attack :)
