i had a 94 jeep yj and i can tell you that i only had it for 4 months and i spent more than 1 grand in in .. American cars are the worst , reliability is shit , gas consumption is shit ... the only reason they make them is to make you to put money in them ... actually the only good American cars that i know of are the corvette and the viper .... ever since i sold my yj i got a 2000 Acura Integra and let me tell you it was the best thing i ever did in my life.

Tires and Wheels are expensive as hell too. Not to mention you will have to RE-BUY new Tires alot Considering Mud TIRES are ment for MUD not for Road. You will have to get bigger brake lines and such. The type of lift you get does matter. I'd say stick with a 3 inch Suspension lift and then 1-2 inch Body Lift.Put some Dana 44s on there (axels) So you don't have to worry bout them breaking off road.

This a video of your Jeep (That no one cares about - including you considering you have 2 things wrong with the it in the dent and gash, and havent gotten them fixed) and telling us what your "future" is with it. I don't believe you will put a 2.5-4.0 inch lift on it and Mud Tires. That shit is expensive as hell. If you get any bigger than a 3 inch Suspension lift (beliving that is what you are talking about) you have to change all kind of shit with the gear ratios.
