This is the only remaining APT-P set in existence although it may be feasible to get it to run again it would be extremely expensive. I did have someone come and have a look into it last year and said its possible, but it would be down to a group of engineers who would have the final say. We are in the process of starting an APT-P restoration group with a website, donations, memberships, etc but we have to do it by the book, so to say. All i can say is watch this space...
