The song was composed by the danish composer and music teaching-pioneer Grethe Agatz (1913-2004) If the song was originally written in english or in danish i can't tell, but I'm quite sure she composed it, she mostly did original material, if not only. The song title is "Happy Song" and appears on the album "Rhytmic Songs - Rhytmic Games" by Grethe Agatz. I think you can get it on CD.

It is a danish commercial and I'm pretty sure it is a translated childrens song made specially for this commercial.
It is discussed in danish forums aswell and nobody really knows the title.
