@khaledster look at the so called backgrounds, the one to the left is going up to the right, the one in the midle, transfers the liquid from left bottom corner, upp to the midle, and down to right bottom corner, and the right one transfer the liquid from the left upper corner, and down to the right corner :P
Dude... you got the wrong idea. N900 has a 600Mhz CPU and 400Mhz GPU.. both are separated and independently from one another. So you can't simply add them into one.
The OMAP 3430 is composed of three microprocessors; the Cortex A8 running at 600 MHz used to run the OS and applications, the PowerVR SGX 530 GPU made by Imagination Technologies which supports OpenGL ES 2.0 and is capable of up to 14 MPolys/s
and a TMS320C64x, the digital signal processors, running at 430 MHz used to run the image processing (camera), audio processing (telephony) and data transmission. The TMS320 C64x main purpose is to offload the Cortex A8 from having to process audio and video signal.
And your point is? You know the state and you should know that the CPU is 600Mhz not 1GHz. Digital Signal Processing (DSP) is not t he CPU of the device. Its job is to processing image where it act a rendering engine for the Device. It doesn't count toward the Mhz of the CPU. Why? Because it is not on the same Chip. The chip just sitting there for rendering stuff. CPU is central processing Unit, and it is not related to GPU or DSP.
Not a Nokia team (well, luovanto is working for Nokia, but I'm not and neither is lcuk). We're just members of the Maemo community, and lcuk has done quite a bit of development on the platform, which meant he had access to a pre-production version of the mobile computer.
Also, anyone at the Maemo Summit in Amsterdam a few weeks ago has received an N900 on loan from Nokia (about 300 where given away).
what kind of case is the upper one?
