  • People who say roids shrink your dick have no idea how anabolic steroids work. Your testes produce testosterone naturally. What happens when you take anabolic steroids is you body notices it has enough testosterone so it tells your testes to stop producing it.

    When you go off anabolic steroids your testes return to normal size.

    While this is true to some extent, when someone goes off a steroid cycle, they need to go through PCT (Post-Cycle Therapy), which is needed to help your body produce its own testosterone naturally again. Without it, yes, your balls will probably shrink, and you may develop man boobs (gynecomastia) due to the excess estrogen.

  • Fuck guys! In bodybuilding there's no such thing as perfect form. You have to do, what works on your muscles. If some form is sparing your joints, and stimulates the aimed muscle to get bigger, that is perfect. It doesn't matter, that it isn't in the "Big Book of Bodybuilding". That's all.

  • when you're working primarily with really heavy shit, your form is going to degrade. You can either care about it or not. I care simply because I do compound lifts, which form has priority on. Jay probably cares more about the weight he works with and intensity rather than form, which meets the goals he wants; getting big and swole.

  • @thewheats85 His form is actually good, he's obviously isolating the pecs so he limits the ROM to prevent the load being put on his tris. I tend to think pro bodybuilders can afford to use poor form more than most of us, as their joints and tendons are no doubt conditioned to take heavy loads much better than someone who is inexperienced.

If he did the full range of motion, he'd work more than just his pecs, which is the last thing he wants to do. Lifts like extended lunges are horrible for bodybuilding, since you want to get the best workout for that single muscle and if you've used it earlier in a workout, that muscle will be tired, understand what im saying? Cool.

  • That is a very normal way to sound when lifting heavy weights. The torso muscles must contract to protect the organs from hernia. It's is hard to get breaths, so breathing is short. The grunt, or count, helps the lifter breath, which avoids injury, and supplies oxygen. To power lift, he has to lift heavy. There is no other way.

  • You don't need a full extension to work just the pecs. And I always notice his "grunts" sound more like he's counting his reps. You can actually tell the 1-8, the rest really do just sound like grunts though.
