bad play.sorry,but with this cards,if i were you,i could damage him in the second turn with 3900 LP.i could special summon cyber dragon first(there isn`t any monster in your field)and after summon vortex kong.after the damage,the effect of vortex kong,destroy the two cards of the top of the deck

look up chimeratech dragon, a chimeratech deck abuses future fusion to toss out butt loads of machines to summon an insanely powerful chimeratech dragon.
