  • @badmunkey420 No with a push up you keep a rigid back, this is more like a stretch

  • it's funny that yoga is a million dollar business here in north america...how many yogies in India wear lulu lemon, or even have mats? lol....just keep spending money to feel better about yourself...

  • very nice

  • I've done a Warrior Yoga seminar. I found that a lot of the difference from regular yoga has to do with strengthening and limbering muscle groups commonly used in martial arts, especially ju jitsu ground fighting. This system pairs very well with Brazilian ju jitsu.

  • Its just yoga and no martial arts ???????

  • shouldnt this kind of yoga call astanga yoga?

  • This looks just like any basic Yoga class. I don't see any connection to martial arts here.

  • its harder than it looks. warrior yoga uses more of the muscles than regular yoga does.

we strengthen the muscles at the same time, increase flexibility.

the things that look like push ups at 1:47 is where u have to keep up 1 inch off the ground for a bit, then switch to an upper bulldog where ur hand and feet is the only thing touching the ground.

  • @bladefist if you're a representative of warrior yoga, then your poor appearance online suggests the same quality in which you represent.

  • YOGA! RULES!!! THE WORLD!!

Did you know even Transformers do Yoga?!

    Search: Transformers Yoga
