"if they're not breathing normal....", "... if you don't get a reaction you need to do compressions" HUH??? What about checking for a pulse??? Can't you KILL someone who has a pulse if you start doing compressions? How can someone have poor breathing and not have a pulse thus requiring CPR???
This seems like "CPR for Dummies" and could result in CPR being done when it is NOT needed!

@digitalmorgan 4.) shortly before death, people take "agonizing gasps"... they are as sufficient as NOT breathing...
they need CPR
