  • ps you HAVE to re-upload the Don't Worry Baby cover!!!

  • What happened to your old name?

I saw your account got deleted.

    I was worried!

    Great cover!!

  • Great stuff John. Always impressed with your song choice.

  • nice one John! those are great sounding chords.

  • Nice to hear this old tune again!! I didn't hear it from years. It was originally from the double album "Chicago VII". I have the vinyl. Great rendition!!. (Don't worry about the horns, I can hear them clearly).

  • That's very "electrically friendly", John. I have heard Yokohama station was a sea of chaos as 5000 people tried to get on a train this morning. There is nothing between me and Seven-Eleven, Lawson and other convenience stores' shelves but many magazines. Especially milk, dry cell battery, toilet paper are sold out in the heart of Tokyo. That's nothing compared to disaster areas anyway.

  • Nice John. I'd loved to hear a trio of overdubbed melodicas as the horn section, but short of that you've done well. Glad to hear your area is okay and our thoughts are with your country.

  • @dktoller Thanks, Derrick! Melodicas would have been a great idea!

We're supposed to have a blackout pretty soon. Things will be pretty crazy for a while...

  • Good to know you're ok. (BTW, I love this song: I'm a HUGE Chicago fan)

  • @rmar67 Yokohama was spared the worst of the earthquake. We'll be dealing with disruptions in train and electrical service, but we're lucky compared to the Tohoku area of Japan. I recorded this while the trains had stopped running. The neighborhood was pretty quiet!

  • Lovely as always!!

  • @joaniev Thanks Joanie!

  • Keep your `ukuleles safe during the earthquakes. Not hanging on hooks on the wall, I hope. I am glad you are safe. It has to be terrifying.

    Me ke aloha,

    Wanda

  • @wjc1952 Thanks, Wanda! I just have to pray the house doesn't collapse during the next earthquake!
