@UltimteLifeForm Halo Wars is much better than Halo 3 and Reach, the story was phenominal for a company who proved you don't have to be Bungie to make a good Halo. Also, I'm glad it was Ensemble (the minds behind Age of Mythology and Age of Empires) who made it, they're the masters of RTS games and though Wars is fairly simplistic it's definately one of the best console RTS games out there.

@UltimteLifeForm Reach is absolutely awful, Bungie completely diregarded 9 years of canon (TFOR, First Strike, Ghosts of Onyx, Evolutions etc) in favour of a team of generic and archetypal Spartans that had absolutely no character development at all. Level design was way too linear too, the colour and fun has been sucked out of Halo because Reach was a mandated project which showed just how tired of the series Bungie is.

Vidmasters aren't hard at all. I have all of them from Halo 3, and ODST's VMs don't look too difficult. The hardest will probably be Classic. Endure will probably be easy as shit, the requirement level is heroic. Deja vu seems kinda like annual, and plus, it's four people, how hard can it be?

ODST's are difficult. one of them is getting to set 4 on heroic in firefight. that means 5 waves in a round, with 3 rounds, and then the next set. its tough.

Classic is ezy, Deja Vue will be harder and Endure, dude.. heroic is like legendary from halo 3 in firefight.. legendary campaign is ezy, but firefight is complicated.. classic is actually the eziest achievment worth more the 20G, they basically hand it 2 u with a ghost and a track with distractions..

No, you do not have to get to level 60 on firefight. If you go to Bungie (dot) net and sign in to your windows live ID they show you the acheivements needed in order to unlock recon.

The acheivements are as follows: Vid Master 7 on 7, Vid Master: Lightswitch, Vid Master: BrainPan, Vid Master: Classic, Vid Master: Endure, Vid Master Deja Vu, and Vid Master: Annual.

Upon completion of these acheivements recon armor will be unlocked.
