to get awakened hinata get a 100 percent mission completion for neji and hinata. to unlock bando, i think (i dont remember exactly) you have to get a 15 or 30 percent mission completion for kabuto.

What do you mean by 100 percent mission completion? Does it mean completing all the missions on the mission list?

no it means u have to get 50 % with hinata, and 50 % with neji, and to check the percentage, go to extras, rankings, then mission completion.
