hey karen can I use regular all-purpose flour for making this bread, andhow many degrees is good for baking this bread?tried this once but didnt like the texture,I am willing to try again wanting soooo badly toget it right...love your videos.

I agree numbers would make it easy to see the videos in order. But I do like that I don't have to sit through a ten-minute video only in order to see what glaze or wash they used on the bread. The titles have enough of a description to see which video I want.
If you know the basic order of the steps involved in baking bread (mix the ingredients before shaping; cool and serve probably last) then it's easy.

I too dislike the way all the video's are mixed up and don't follow order. I keep having to hunt around to find the next video in the chain and often can't find it. It's very frustrating. Come on EXPERT VILLAGE , please get your act together .
I love bread fresh from thhe oven, but in terms of cutting bread, i like to leave them for a good hour, so that the structure remains strong as i cut it with the knife, when hot, it tends to break the structure when cutting. I,m off to bake bread, this video makes me hungry.
i follow her recipe every time and my loaves never come out so lovely as hers!!! sigh. but they do taste good. they just dont raise as high on the 2nd rising.

the good - a large variety of video subjects
the bad - they dont know how to upload more then 2 minutes and fit everything into one video. They really need to get their act together.
