  • Edwards was never the same after that hit.

  • ADRIAN WILSON best most underrated safety in the game!

  • All you pussies need to stop crying about the helmet to helmet hit. The refs didn't call it, so shut up

  • what most of you dont realize is this was the hit that got the NFL to really start looking into helmet to helmet hits, especially on QB's. and now you all bitch about the rules, you can never please America

  • the infamous hit .. go bills..

  • Trent was never really the same after that hit. He was never amazing, but he certainly showed potential. After that hit, nothing. Dude played nervous.

  • I saw this live, bills were 5-0, where is the helmet to helmet? no where to be found.

  • @DestructableMe if you saw this live you would obviously know the bills were 4-0 lol

  • career ender

  • this wasnt helmet to helmet at all.

  • thats more like helmet to CHIN!

  • I'm glad the BILLS finally have a QB who can take hits like that.

  • I saw that, Adrian killed a guy. (Ron Burgundy voice)

  • i always fail to understand this if you dont want a concussion in the NFL than WTF are you using the weak helmet why not use the newer helmet they the NFL has made ?

  • Comment removed

  • You'll get a concussion with helmet to helmet not a bruised vagina. Qb's are becoming such pussies.

  • not helmet to helmet

  • totally clean hit

  • I think some of our readers are confusing the term "helmet" with shoulder pads.... that's not helmet to helmet

  • @UNKLEmuse 0:32 Yes, initial contact with the pads, but then it became one helmet driving the other into the ground, the latter part being most important. Defenders very frequently redouble their weight on their target mid-fall, in order to do no less than cause injury. Very difficult to call or penalize. And everytime they do it, it nullifies their complaints about vicious blocking from already-hampered offensive linemen.

  • @PDXCHawk

wow.... thank you Captain Football. i bet you're a lot of fun to watch a game with. are you sure you didn't forget a math equation or a harry potter reference in there somewhere?

  • @UNKLEmuse I did leave those out, and one other thing.

    A) A-squared plus B-squared = C-squared.

    B) Snape kills Dumbledore.

    C) You are unfit to lick my balls.

  • @PDXCHawk

You're really just making it worse. Who makes a comeback with a lettered outline? And trying to cover it by making some macho comment about your balls makes you sound even more pathetic. Let's leave your balls out of this..... Adrian Wilson made a good, clean hit. no flag. The idea that he's supposed to control his fall after leaving the ground is ridiculous

  • This ruined his career. The Bills were 4-0 coming into this game, and it looked like Jauron - who had that infamous 13-3 year with the Bears was going to bring that 1 year of magic to Buffalo, but this ruined it. Edwards was smokin' aces in September (always wanted to try out that reference lol) he was never the same ever again. He lost all confidence in mid-range passing game. The Bills would go to 5-1 after beating the Chargers, but then went on a freefall I think finished 7-9.

  • @stashJ8 Im a die hard Bills fan! I agree with you 100%. This is the play that ended Trents NFL carreer.

  • How the hell was that a clean hit? He left his feet before even making contact, launching himself into Trent's face! I'm no Trent fan (go Fitz) but that was a dirty hit and that announcer is an idiot. A clean hit to the ribs my ass.

  • @Kune35

I'm sorry, I couldn't help but comment again. The announcer actually says "right UNDER the ribcage". What is his deal? it was NO WHERE NEAR his ribcage, never mind under it.

  • @subjoy1 your mother :-O

  • Stop talking crap. It was a helmet to helmet hit and should be fined based on today's NFL rules. I just wish the refs would be consistent and fine hits on all NFL QBs, not just pocket passers, that's the real problem.

  • @mrfreakshowster That wasn't helmet to helmet... Look at the original contact, the helmets didn't touch until after that.

  • That's not helmet to helmet, that's just a great hit.

  • didnt look like helmet to helmet

  • Agreed with BoustanMan, this effectively ruined Trent Edwards. His confidence was never the same after getting concussed on this play, and he imploded over the next few years.

  • the end of a career right there. The guy actually looked really good before that hit. After that hit... Captain Checkdown emerged

  • @BoustanMan Uh... no. He sucked before that too. Head injuries don't ruin a player's career. Knees, elbows, and shoulders do that.

  • the nfl is turning soft with all these rules

  • HELMET TO HELMET?! SERIOUSLY, YOU HAVE TO BE A DUMBASS IF YOU THINK THIS IS HELMET TO HELMET CONTACT! HE DIDN'T EVEN HIT HIM IN THE HELMET...

  • helmet to helmet? that was a clean hit

  • Comment removed

  • @mhaqq7 i guess you never played football before

  • @jghutta Shut The Fuck Up , I was joking !

  • Perfectly legal hit he did not drive him to the ground he was just going for the sack at full speed nor was it helmet to helmet

  • Football is a joke why the fuck do they wear pads and helmets if they don't want you to hit?

  • This was the end of trent edwards after this hit he was scared to get hit anymore and was all down hill from there....this is were he became captian checkdown.....i have seen hits far softer than this that got a pentaly call as well this is a helmet to helmet and wilson drove him into the ground

  • Wheres the helmet to helmet? Was a very clean hit can't understand why he was fined..

  • @xTidusxxYunax Wilson got fined because he tackled Edwards with his full body weight. Bullshit, I know, especially since that is how you're supposed to tackle someone.

Basically, if Edwards weren't a Quarterback, this play wouldn't even be on Youtube.

  • I remember how good football was before the words "helmet to helmet" were frowned upon. Feel sorry for those gowing up with the overglorified two hand touch that football is today.

  • @DtchMastr Well when someone suffers multiple concussions from "helmet to helmet" hits I'm sure you can understand why its not being taken lightly. Concussions arent a joke. Shutup you brute.

  • @jraybay I'm not arguing that. The average life span for an NFL football player is 53 years old. I'm glad they have taken these steps but it makes it a completely different sport. Trying to protect everyone in a sport where every play has contact is impossible without taking out contact. Also, no rules to protect defensive lineman from cut blocks and where is the flag and the commentators calling the full back a dirty player when he leads with his head on every play?

  • @DtchMastr It's no different man. Defensive players are better than ever if you really think about it defensive players are just as hungry and the offense players today. They are still gonna lead with there head or shoulder and yes its impossible to tell a player to "hold up" They will simply get their fine and move on but the game isnt changing. A cut block is a touchy subject. you can throw a block on the hip or the thigh. But all these knee and ankle dives are dangerous, agreed.

  • @DtchMastr I think its no secret that the offense has a little better treatment than the defense. With fullbacks they're not looking to hit somebody like ardrian wilson was here. they are looking to get contact and engage or disrupt another Linebacker etc. If fullbacks were able to tackle like adrian here then yes they would be dirty too. Although with todays game theres alot of hybrid fullbacks out there who are mostly used as recievers not so much laying a hat on someone.

  • what if....

  • the end of trent edwards

  • @andrewmosh23 Yea...He never was the same plus, The bills as team also got worse Trent ended up being the scapegoat.

  • 2taggs2 you are an idiot? Thats an illigal tackle? So can you explain to em how he is meant to hit him? Im joking I dont really want you to answer back. Just want you to know.. your a fag.

  • @g6iii:

    Duh Duh Duh.

You are a stupid man. You have no argument here.

This is an illegal $25,000 hit. So, shut up and eat shit, dummy.

  • @2taggs2 Dummy? What are you, seven?

    You aren't even fun anymore.

  • @2taggs2 I'm an ignorant person? Have fun with my miserable life?

Yeah, I've clearly shut your ass up, since you have nothing better to say (not that you had anything good to say to begin with).

  • Clean shot?! That was helmet-to-helmet!

  • Hope Sam Bradford is watching.

  • Trent Edwards is soft. Get ur ass up!

  • If this were that pussy tom brady, wilson would have be suspended for the year.

  • To bad Wilson isn't a Raven he would look good in purple and black.

  • nice o line

  • I love how you're all calling the league pussy now because of all these new "penalty's". In case you people haven't realized, the Bills were 4-0 in this game and Edwards was red hot through those 4 games. One shot to the head and his career hasn't been the same. Thats why these hits are outlawed not because quarterbacks are pussies and you would probably change your opinion if it happened to your starting quarterback.

  • @MadMoney5642 That's a buncha crap... Brett Favre got hit like that throughout his entire career, and he never once bitched about it. Trent Edwards is fragile, and Wilson smashed him into the ground with a fair and clean hit. Perfectly legal in the NFL. If I were the QB I would just get up and keep on playing, and not penalize the defense for me getting sacked. Instead I would be yelling at my OL for not protecting me under pressure.

  • Why adrian wilson gets flagged so much not because he hits dirty but because his cleans hits are so hard he hurts people. Show me one good hard tackle where u don't come down on the person he landed on him not drove it into him he cant stop himself in midair give im a break

  • was a good clean hit he had his hat right under his chin exactly how your taught to hit

  • @187lazyjoker lol clean? If you watched the Redskins game where Maybin touched devon Mcnabb helmet and he got flagged for it, this is 50x worse and he just got fined. Which doesn't come close to how much he gets paid

  • There's controversy because he drove his helmet into the QB's chin all the way down to the ground. He knocked him out and later got fined

  • The NFL is slowly turning in to a league of bitches and sissies. Qbs have to be protected by these pussy rules that dont alow defenders the full oppurtunity of tackling them. This hit is a prime example. Clean shot, just because its a QB they have to wipe his ass. I bet if this was a running back or a reciever it wudve just been overlooked. Executives of the NFL need to rememember that football is an agressive game and its not for faggots who cant take a fucking hit. Wake up Roger Goodell!

  • @lightbrown95 Yea its so easy for you to criticise the NFL while you sit at home and do nothing about the concussion rates of helmet to helmet hits aint it? This is a clean hit but the refs felt the need to flag him because he left his feet and unfortunatly landed on top of Trent who happens to be a qb and was K.O'd. This comes down to a reputation call and has nothing to do with goodell, its a nice hit but for you to call it a league of "bitches and sissies" is ridiculous, get a grip son.

  • @lightbrown95 you are an idiot, yea lets not have rules protecting the qb, not one qb will last five years...smh

  • @lightbrown95 the reason they try to protect quarterbacks are because of the defenselessness of their position. Did you notice how Trent had zero opportunity to protect himself before he got drilled right under the face-mask. Did you? Its the same reason they now flag hits by safeties that used to be considered my many as open season. It's because too many guys retire at age thirty with mush for brains. Its incredibly important and not at all sissy to protect these guys. Open you mind....

  • Helmet to helmet is dirty theres a reason get got fined or suspended I forget which.

  • redskins111 do you have eyes?

  • our franchise was going well then this happened. Hasnt been the same since

  • Trent Edwardss is a G but that was a pretty normal looking hit...

  • Its funny how some people dont think this is helmet to helmet. You can see the helmets make contact and then Wilson's helmet pushes Edwards's head into the ground. Illegal. Obviously some people are just too ignorant/cowardly to admit it. The object of football isnt to injure the opposing players. It's to tackle the opposing player with the ball. They all have a mutual agreement not to injure each other with cheap shots, and Wilson broke that agreement. He is a coward for doing it.

  • @rjbrian27 That was hardly helmet to helmet. The helmets touched but nothing more. He caught him under the ribs as the arm was at it's highest point. Now his head hitting the ground probably had more to do with any injury than the actual hit because he couldn't brace himself and he had wilson on top of him. But no way is that helmet to helmet.

  • @rjbrian27

STFU you dumb piece of shit, do you even watch football? Wilson's head, as even the announcers explain, hits edwards rib cage. wilson is one of the most honorable players in the nfl and would never intentionally hurt a player. he even exclaimed how sorry he felt for hurting edwards because that's the type of guy he is. he plays aggressively like football should be played. hey it's fucking tackle football people get hurt all the time, but wilson NEVER hurts a player on purpose pussy

  • @mymindisfree09 oh i didnt realize that Edwards's ribcage was his head. You can see Wilson's helmet hit Trent's chin, forcing his head back, into the ground. If you honestly think Wilson's head hit Trent's ribcage, then I really question your intelligence. But how could I expect a reasonable response from someone that calls me a "dumb piece of shit" and a "pussy"? I normally dont resort to calling people names, but you are a dumbass. You just don't get it.

  • @Shookones77

you call adrain wilson a coward and a cheap. . . so fuck you i'm sticking up for my boy. so you want to call someone a coward and trash talk them but then get butt hurt when someone does the same to you? wow you're pathetic

yes it touches trent's chin, but that happens literally 70% of tackles on QBs. Warner has been hit that way many times and never got a helmet to helmet. unless you use you helmet to strike their helmet then it's legal. it touches? yeah but it wasn't a hit

  • @Shookones77

why don't you actually listen to the announcer. "look at the shot that he puts on trent edwards. right under the RIB CAGE."

everyone acknowledges that it was a clean hit. so his helmet touched the chin strap is that all? did you see the hit boldin took? but you don't see us bitching that the jets did it on purpose, because in a sport that's as aggressive as football that shit is going to happen. open up your eyes and stop with the cry baby attitude it's embarrassing

  • @mymindisfree09 This guys is obviously a Bills fan. Wilson got him under his arm pit and took a massive shot at his ribs. He's just mad that his team lost that game after Wilson KOed Edwards. He should of never gotten fined. I'm getting tired of pussy QBs like Alex Smith, Tom Brady, Carson Palmer who need special rules to protect them from getting hit. True warriors like Warner Favre and Big Ben who know how to take hits. They wouldn't bitch if A-DUB hit them, its part of the game.

  • @Patsun9 Kurt is one of the toughest, so is Favre.

  • how can he get fined for being aggresive. hes on a fucking blitz cmon. it wasent a dirty hit it was completley clean.

  • I was at this game... fines are bullshit. Adrian Wilson is a football player, let him play his game and don't take money from him NFL

  • that looked clean to me

  • that was no helmet to helmet. just a clean hit.

  • Bullllssshhiiittt. Nowadays we might as well put flags there waist.

  • looking out his ear hole hahaha

  • That was rough! Not dirty though, just a good hit!

  • Helmet to helmet my ass

  • iunno man just look like his head hit the floor

  • helmet to helmet?.... o_o

  • oh shit trent edwards got wrecked

  • this isn't helmet to helmet. stupid

  • How is this Helmet to helmet ? SO what the helmets make contact when he gets a hit but he didnt try to tackle him with his head he used his body and there heads just collied. Damn its football things happen !

  • football ain't getting soft, it's these pussy assed "fans" who cry like bitches over

    hard hits.

real football is a man's sport if you can't handle that then go back to playing your madden 2010 you candy asses....

  • thank you!!!! im tired of these 40 year old NFL addicts making football a pussy sport

  • Man football is getting soft if you guys think that is too hard of a hit.

  • cough cough CHEAP SHOT! cough cough... Adrian does this toooo much since he came into the league the most penalized player for helmet to helmet hits... He is really good but he needs to clean his game up a lil bit...

  • Wilson is the best!

  • The hit that ruin once called buffalos future Q.B career. :\

Fuck you Adrain Wilson no need to go high he just a quarter back.

Cardinals fans please I don't wanna hear you don't know how hard is it to find a q.b in the nfl and to FINALLY find a young guy the might be a savor to the franchise and to have him ruined you guys don't know that feeling.

  • Hahaha yeah we do know that feeling. In fact, Cardinals fans are familiar with disappointment just as much, if not more, than Bills fans. You may cry about your super bowl losses but at least you've been to four of them.

  • @jokerkid91

    Clean hit.. Doesn't matter.

  • @TehPokeBros

    Typical cock sucker

  • @45LampkinLane

    Fail comeback much?

  • @TehPokeBros

No fail just the truth fuck tard

  • @45LampkinLane I had intercourse with your mommy many times recently.

  • @jokerkid91 A-DUB is a beast. Trent Edwards is a sissy he was never going to be a TRUE QB if he couldn't take a hit like that. Brett Favre gets hit like that all the time and you don't see him crying about it. Get a more durable QB like Tim Tebow then come back and talk.

  • football is a contact sport recivers go over the middle and get cut in half. and nobody complains. so a saftey fineshes his hit on a quarter back. this isnt golf u are allowed to hit hard. i know its shocking but u are allowed to hit in a contact sport.

  • it's "choke" bro yes they got lucky one year BIG deal, the teams they beat are also proven chokers, the Eagles have done nothing but choke this past decade, the Panthers? LOL Jake Delhomme and what 7 turnovers and the Falcons with a rookie QB in Matt Ryan WOWZERS, congrats that's all you got? LOL the Cardinals franchise as a whole is 200 games below .500 and BTW they won a weak western division in 2008 too and 2009 congrats before that last time they won their division was 1975 in St Louis O O

  • the hit was clean the driving to head and body to the ground wasn't....you can clearly see helmet to helmet and Wilson knowing what he was doing

Adrian Wilson is a dirty Kat, I'm glad the Cards didn't bring home a Super Bowl trophy KARMA is a bitch

  • Ok, but lets say that Wilson never made this hit. You would think of some other "dirty hit" to justify the Cardinals loss in the Superbowl, just because you dont like them.

  • hardly.. what's funny is that Kurt Warner during this past season complaining that he was getting hit in the head to many times, maybe that's why he just retired?as far as hating the Cardinals..TBH don't care what they do they've been irrelevant in the NFL so long it doesn't even matter, the whole world knew they'd choke in the Super Bowl, certain franchises are just not meant to win the biggest games, BTW i simply don't like Adrian WIlson, he's a dirty Kat

  • Ok, but what do you mean the world knew they would chocke in the superbowl. First of all, the people who thought that didnt even expect the Cards to even make the playoffs. When they did, people said, "Oh, it was luck, they'll lose in the first match." When the Cards won, those same people said, "Oh it was luck, they'll lose the next match." All the way to the superbowl, where they lost (by a hair) and those people were "right". If the Cards won, they would repeat that statement, haters.

  • @45LampkinLane

    Typical idiot..

  • Adrian Wilson is just a beast. It was a clean hit if the pro bowler safety wanted a dirty hit on him Edwards woulda got it way worse

  • How did he get fined with this hit??

  • Whoever thinks that is a dirty hit doesn't know football.

  • You can't say this wasn't dirty. Adrian Wilson tries to dig a hole in the ground with Trent's head. Ruined his career.

  • it was a clean hit.

he didn't launch, didn't lead with his helmet.

i personally think he could have been way more vicious with the hit (shoulder to the ribs maybe) so edwards got off easier.

anybody have a problem with that hit go watch tennis instead....

  • And he actually got fined for that! Lame helmet to helmet ever

  • no helmet to helmet whatsoever it looked like he acutally purposly hit him with his helmet off to the side a little bit so it woudnt be helmet to helmet

  • lame helmet to helmet should only be on the hit not the take down really this is one of those they call just because the quarterback got jacked up from the free blitzer dont want your head getting whiplash dont throw the ball turn take the hit get the sack you try to make the play thats what happens dont fault the defenseive player for making a play when the quarterback was trying to do the same

  • sweet jesus OP, this wasn't even CLOSE to a H2H shot.... his protection just missed a pickup and he got lit the F up

  • This was nothing more than a good ass hit.

  • @g6iii

No. That was not clean. When you drive your helmet into the facemask and then slam the player to the ground (causing a concussion) is not a "good ass hit".

  • @2taggs2 Saying that Wilson "drove" his helmet into Edwards and "slammed" him into the ground is hyperbole in its finest form. Helmets didn't even touch, that is how you're taught to wrap someone up.

Yeah, it's too bad Edwards got a concussion from the play, but making Adrian Wilson out to be some kind of monster just for doing what he is supposed to do is stupid as hell.

Shit, if Trent Edwards were a running back, this play wouldn't even be on YouTube.

  • @g6iii

It's like interpreting art - we both have a difference of opinions.

I don't understand how you don't see Wilson driving his face into Edwards face while he is driving him to the ground. "helmet to helmet" is an expression - not literal. Would facemask to facemask be better for you? This is an illegal play under NFL rules -- hence the $25,000 he was fined. Not to mention he was fined AGAIN ($10,000 last year).

  • @2taggs2 Please, you aren't even talking about the tackle anymore. He isn't "driving" his face into Edwards' (not that that would do anything anyway, since they're both wearing helmets). The action that you're bitching about was caused by his and Edwards momentum while they were sliding across the ground after the perfectly legal hit.

Besides, you act like the No Fun League needs a good reason to fine anyone anymore.

  • @g6iii

If it was such a great "hit" why was he fined $25,000?

He didn't use his hand, so he didn't "hit" Edwards (you want to be a literal douche, I will too.)

The reason Edwards slammed his head so hard against the ground was because of the unnecessary amount of force to the head that Wilson provided.

  • @2taggs2 Wilson was fined $25k because Edwards is a Quarterback, not because of the hit. After some research, I found that Wilson got fined because he tackled Edwards with most of his body weight as opposed to cradling him like most linemen do.

Like I said before, Wilson got fined because Edwards is a Quarterback, not because of helmet to helmet contact. I suggest you do your own research before going off on random tangents about head injuries which don't even apply to the conversation.

  • @g6iii

Also, he (Wilson) has a history or dirty helmet to helmet - or, facemask to facemask (however you want to word it) and that is ILLEGAL in the NFL.

I would classify having a serious head injury as not fun -- just ask all the former NFL players that played when the rules were not as strict. Many ex players now have chronic traumatic encephalopathy, and Lou Gehrig's Disease. If you want massive "hits" to the head, watch the UFC, idiot.

  • @2taggs2 Besides, I like how you act as though Wilson is a dirty player simply because of a few bad tackles. Ugly hits are normal in the game of football, whether you like it or not. The sport is naturally violent, shit is going to happen, regardless of the rules that are put in place.

Any good defensive player has received personal foul penalties, as well as fines at some point in their lives; it doesn't make them any less of a player or person.

  • idgaf wat any of you say.....wilson rocked his shiit....CARDINALS ALL DAY!!!!

  • They play a game for their career! Its a FULL contact sport! Dont baby the QB's, everyone understands a hit to the head can cause trauma but a hand hitting their helmet, shouldnt be a penalty. Dont get me wrong Kevin Everett, Helmet to helmet, paralysis, i get it but at what point can you say no hitting in football. QB, get paid like everyone else in the league. Running backs (ie reggie bush) make a living diving into the endzone, what about mid air hits flipping them on their neck/spine?

  • for the dick head who says it can't be life threatening u could easily die from head and spine injuries even with a helmet o u ignorant duech

  • Watch the tape, its not helmet to helmet on the tackle it is when they hit the ground. Trents head hits and then the safety's helmet hits his and rams it back into the ground.

  • thats not even a helmet to helmet wtf....the QB just got layed the fuck out

  • cards killed them this game

  • Helmet to helmet hits are known to cause career and even life ending injuries, to both the tackler and the receiver of the tackle, so that's why it's considered unacceptable.

  • Life ending? Wow, thats why they have helmets on. They can be season ending, maybe career ending, but not life ending you fucking idiot

  • Helmet to helmet collisions cause the most damage on the neck and spine, which are not protected by helmets. They are known for causing spinal injuries which have left many players paralyzed for life, and some have died.

Youtube won't let me post a link, but if you search on google news, you'll find articles of players who have been paralyzed or died of helmet to helmet collisions.

So please, do some research before you go out and call people idiots.

  • Watch the video fucker, it wasn't even helmet to helmet.

  • I never said the tackle in this video had helmet to helmet. I was just commenting on helmet to helmet contact in general.

  • Gotta love the announcer: "not like [J. P. Losman] is an unproven guy." Right.

  • clean hit, stop crying u pussies. they even play it slower for you, there is NO helmet to helmet hit. the hit wasnt hard, its the landing that stunned trent.

  • PANCAKES anyone?

  • okay if the ground cant cause a fumble then how come the ground can cause helmet to helmet. he was perfectly fine till he hit the ground.

  • That's how "az do"? Give QB's cheap shot helmet to helmets for no reason?

  • that was not a big hit, it only looked like it cuz trent was off balance and on one foot, wilson could of just pushed him and he still would of fallen over

  • you can't compare A-Dub and Ed Reed. Strong and Free safeties play so much different. No doubt A-Dub and Polamalu are the 2 best SS in the game. Ed Reed hands down the best FS in the game.

  • man this is the reason why quertbacks get hurt all the time from pussy hits because they cant get hit in practice i dont like that for real look at michael vick now that boy can take a hit

  • r u fucking stupid? it was head to head, trent didnt even look like he knew where he was, ur fucking stupid kid.

  • you most not play football with the big and strong boys cause foreal they would tell yu thats wasnt hard foreal i've been hit way harder than that and didnt get carried off the field now hit troy polumolu be doin thats hard him and ed reed

  • shut the fuck up, i pay defense and all these "rules" to keep with qb/offensive players safe is fuckin bull shit, let us play football, and let the pros play football, i dont sit on the couch all sunday to watch people play tag. fuck, you cant hit them to low, cant hit them to high, cant throw them down cause you might give them a boo boo...jesus fuck how do we tackle them then. its football, their will be contact, if ya cry whenever your teams qb gets hit hard...go watch soccer.

  • a-dub, best safety in the fuckin nfl! dude dont mess around when hes on the field sumones gettin hurt!

i was lucky enuff 2 meet him, and hes a cool dude! go cardinals, in o9 baby!!

  • adrian wilson? im sorry, have you hear f ed reed?

  • yeah, ed reed is sick 2, more ppl no bout him cuz hes been on a good team, wilsons always played 4 the cards and gets looked over, but just as good no doubt!

  • I love how that one announcer for the Bills doesn't even know Adrian Wilson's name. Btw they got crushed!

  • clean hit. i was at that game as well as every cardinals home game since 93, Adrian always comes off the edge. Even if he fakes it and drops back in coverage either the center or qb has got to call that out. In that game adrian was comin back from his hamstring injury and missed the wweek before. He only played on 3rd down and other special defenses. Props to trent for getting the ball out when he should have curled in fetal position. The play that ruined the bills promisin season.

  • looking at that play again adrian timed it perfectly and got to the edge before trent or the center could call him out

  • it was a very friggin nice hit =P the title needs some change cause the helmets only touch each other when they hit the ground =S

  • Comment removed

  • the hit was good, the reason he got fined was driving him to the ground with his helmet under his chin. it's just to teach placement and to try and limit injuries / head to head contact, to multi-million dollar and franchise players. im just sayin you gotta think like a millionaire that has something to live for unlike you fools debating on youtube.

  • That was a clean hit. And to all you fools who call that a dirty hit grow some fucking balls or go play some flag football you little pansy asses. This is 1 thing I hate about the NFL. You can't even lay out a QB anymore without it being called "roughing the passer". Might as well put a skirt on the QB and play two hand touch! The NFL overprotects QB's way too damn much. IT'S FOOTBALL! Players will get injured now matter how much you pamper them

  • that was a clean hit a dub bitch

  • It's good to see awesome hits like this still exist in the NFL. Lets me know that the league isn't totally pussified.

  • i play defense

and anytime u get a shot to knock the shit out of someone

    you do it

so stop complaining like a bunch of pussys

  • hell fuckin yeah!!!!!!!!

  • it was clean but unnecessary ! like come on dude it only a qb I would understand a w.r or running back but edwards was just standing there there no need to go high he's not going anywhere but no stupid cocky players want to make the espn top ten plays I bet you card fans wouldent like your qb to get hit like that for no reason players are taught to tackle mid area not close to the face
