  • did anyone tried it? how many fps can give for shottings games?

  • Red Shoes Diaries it seems with AMD on oyutube, but from GuruHT.com AMD new A-Series 3000 APUs announced just Starts with CPU in the Intro not GPU's! Nice to have a New Architecture on the market most People Say orochi is good for you too, but Intel Seems Interesting too with Sandy Bridge &Hot Witch marketing!

  • lol this is a nice fix for the laptop guy/girl

But really, this is false advertising like everything in the land of americanos

A single CPU + GPU will outrun this anyday, unless u got trash under the hood.

  • I really don't think that CPU & GPU on the same chip is a good idea... the TDP required for something reasonable should be the current TDP of a CPU (130 W) plus the TDP of a good GPU (300 W) ... you would need a good cooler for that...

  • @ 0:46 anyone else noticed the back windshield flicker? I think it's afraid!

  • this is the future only gets better from here on out

  • How long will it take for AMD to throw away this integrated graphics, too?

I started using 690G/X1250 graphics and after a year or son, AMD dropped support for Linux drivers and I was left with slower OpenSource drivers. And Solaris/OpenIndiana support for AMD graphics?

Why do not AMD contribute to Open Drivers to be as fast as closed ones, once he start stopping maintaining it?

Also where are , even open , Solaris/OpenIndiana drivers for ANY AMD graphics??

    In contrast, Nvidia supports.

  • @mrjonnoma Says a butthurt linux user who is unaware if that is going on.

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • would be great if i could put on a am2+

  • APU = Auxiliary Power Supply

  • is he gay or is she lesbi?

  • Haha, maybe in a couple years AMD. Right now APUs are a unenviable combination of an ancient K8 based CPU and a mediocre GPU.

  • @AgentHydra And it's still the fastest APU for gaming performance.

  • I want a netbook, or a notebook with an APU. Sounds good for a mobile device

  • the biggest limiting factor on the GPU of the APUs is the memory bandwidth, as it has to share with the CPU cores rather than having its own dedicated memory. High End RAM puts the A8-3850 a bit under a 5770 I believe, but the CPU still is "around" a core i3's performance, a bit below single threaded, a bit above multi threaded. It's a good chip and useful for "budget" gaming and general purpose stuff, but it isn't meant to have a lot of brute force.

  • why is he wearing heels?

  • Why is the guy using the mouse to play Dirt?

I will not purchase this product because of that.

  • @ubrsmcdm Why not play with the mouse??? What does it matter what his gaming style is. each to their own.

  • @ubrsmcdm APU's not for sale or re sale in australlia so you don't have that choice anyways

  • Apu is the cashier from the simpsons

  • Get someone else to make your ads. Now.

  • No x64 then? x64 is the future!

  • @liamcollister x64 (64-bit) already exists as an extension to the x86 (32-bit) instruction set.

  • does this APU thing can ran good graphics without the need of GPU's?

  • @jordzkie05 APU's are not very good for graphics intensive things like gaming (unless it's an old game), they're mostly good for HTPC's and other general purpose tasks.

  • @dchains: Wow, didn't know Crysis 2 was an old game, oh well.

  • @mozaks80 Your ignorance is showing. APU's are incapable of playing modern games at high settings, APU's are GPU circuitry thats integrated into the CPU, hence they don't have enough available resources that a discrete GPU has to run graphics intensive things.

I never said machines based on APU's are completely incapable of running games like Crysis 2, but i am saying that they won't run the games well unless you're comfortable with playing all modern games at 1024x768 and at 30 FPS or less.

  • @dchains: Ignorance? No, but your pettiness is certainly showing :) "APU's are incapable of playing modern games at high settings" Heard of AMD Bulldozer? The range is coming out soon. Let's see who's ignorant.

  • @mozaks80 You really need to educate yourself on this subject. Bulldozer is not an APU, i never said that AMD CPU's were incapable of running modern games. I never mentioned anything about Bulldozer, that's an entirely different lineup meant for a different purpose.

APU's(Accelerated Processing Units) are different from Bulldozer and are not capable of playing modern games the way most people would like them to, that's all i said.

  • @dchains... You said, and I quote "APU's are incapable of playing modern games at high settings" then you said "i never said that AMD CPU's were incapable of running modern games" Not just at high settings Im sure :) Oh, and taken from Softpedia's site: "AMD to Introduce Three New Bulldozer-based APUs in 2012....AMD is going to extend in Fusion strategy in the following years, the company planning to migrate all its processors to an APU" Lesson is over :) That is all.

  • @mozaks80 I don't see how that's relevant, if future APU's are going to be based on the Bulldozer architecture it still has no ties to gaming performance considering games utilize GPU's more then they do CPU's. When they get to the point where the GPU circuitry built into the die has enough available resources to it's own, then only then will it be capable of heavy gaming.

Again, you need to read up on this stuff.(not being mean)

  • @dchains dorks

  • @jordzkie05 It's great for playing back media, gaming at 720p resolution to around 1680x1050 and accelerating programs such as flash and video editing renders like shown in the advert above.

Even if you don't do much of the above, it is a cool running low power Quad core for cheap. Bought one for my parents (A6-3650) with a Asus F1A75-M Mobo and it's great, always running fast no matter what they've thrown at it so far.

  • That guy is wearing lady shoes.

  • AMD why do you guys not have TV commercials? Intel has them... maybe ya'll should make some too! :)

  • @KlingonSpider will you pay for it? It does cost a bit to buy some air time on TV. And those kind of ads do not give you the desired results.

  • APU is the mech from the Matrix movies.

  • the Apu is the newest and latest in the apu line of indian workers features include brilliant performance and blistering speed in recieving change and also lightning fast speed when confronted with the task of a hold up.It out maneuvers other convenient store competitions. The simpsons made Apu when paired with selected with specific manjula series character boosts enegery up to 40%. The apu is what moves you.

Lols just re wrote the commercial for Apu :D

  • Fuck you where are the high heels?

  • but amd better buy xbox gamepad !!

  • Apu is the guy from the Simpsons who works at the Kwik-E-Mart. Get it right amd!

  • I thought the A6 was no more, why is it in this video?

  • I like how they show a game that doesn't use Turbo Core when they talk about Turbo Core.

  • Dang, I bought the new six core AMD last summer and it's already time to change =(

  • @maximefcom Haha, don't worry about it. This isn't anything to replace that.

  • @maximefcom not to this series it more geared at lower end pc and laptops when bulldozer finnaly arrives though then u could upgrade.

  • @maximefcom you don't need to get everything when it first come out, keep your 6 core upgrade when AM4 come out in like 6-8months

  • @maximefcom That's what you get from AMD, next time get an i5 or i7

  • @FedoraFTW Intel is much more expensive and you cannot even use the extra power it gives off unless your doing designing programs. Lots of people bought last years i7 and now intels cheaper but newer i5 scores higher in gaming compared to the older i7.

  • @darkedgekilla much more expensive? no it's not. the x6 is like 180. you can get an 1155 i5 2300 that rapes the hell out of it. 40 bucks more you cna get the 2400K and oc that shit to almost 5Ghz. intel has no competition yet and hasn't in YEARS.

  • @FedoraFTW 2500K*

  • @FedoraFTW Competition for what? i have a low clocked 1.7 quad core for my laptop and it NEVER slows down unless i play Sc2 4v4. You don't need i7's as of yet because nothing needs that much power.

Also... AMD Phenom II X6 1090T = $179.99 Bencmark = 6053... An Intel Core i5-2400 = $189.99 Benchmark = 6041. Get off an Amd video and go to intel.

  • @darkedgekilla im sorry but anantech shows that it clearly rapes it. i'll send you a link

  • @darkedgekilla In laptop form the new i5s are great, but you're forced to go dedicated if you want even the simplest of gaming or vanilla video performance. I would prefer an Athlon turion with an integrated Radeon 4200 then an i5 with integrated Intel HD 3000 for basic video and game support.

  • @silenceyouidiot My laptops got a Phenom p940 mobile with a Ati 5650, runs great.

  • @darkedgekilla Yea, I use a 6650 with an i5. Acer as well, surprisingly cheap compared to others.

  • @maximefcom Hey I bought the 1055t in January, how do you think I feel? (Buying highest end octo-core when it comes out)

  • @maximefcom Not necessarily. I just bought a 6-core 1100t -I OC'd it to 3.84 Ghz and I beat out my friends with first gen i-7's. :) The reason why not to switch over is because you'll need a whole new Motherboard - WHich by the way - won't support Bulldozer when it comes out in the next month or two.

  • @XxBlakpaladinxX Thank you very much for your comment ! I knew my motherboard would not support the new APU CPU. Which mean it would cost me a pretty lot of money to get the lastest AMD Technology. I have a 6core 1055T CPU, would it worth upgrading to the 1100T ? Is the 1100T stock running at a higher temp compare to the 1055T ?

When I bought my 6core, 1100T was not avaible.

  • @maximefcom The only difference between the 1055T and the 1100T are the clock speeds(and the 1100T has an unlocked multi for easier overclocking), otherwise they're the same chip. The temps are similar.

  • @maximefcom this is less powerful than your sixcore if you have a good graphics card

  • @manutube8080 Actually I have a Sapphire 5770 1Go DDR5... It's working great for the little I do... StartCraft 2 and BlueRay videos

  • @manutube8080 Its for your moms computer

  • lolwut!!! gaming with the arrow keys?!? ever heard of WASD?

  • @Niosus haha some people just cant do it right...

  • fucking sexy feet

  • @yasserlee Was about to say the same thing. I love those feet!!

  • The Future Is Fusion!

  • I seriously need to upgrade.
