@TheCraigyo I don't think it fake but I don't think it's a ghost either. I think its a bug being picked up by the infrared. The CCTV has a time lapse (hence the jolting). A small bug is walkin across the lense, otherwise we would see the image past the top of the steps.

I don't think that's a ghost. It looks like dust or perhaps a bug. But, then again it could be paranormal. You need a better camera, it's too fuzzy to make out the image.
