This is a pretty bad demonstration. The attacker keeps making contact with the blind one's arm, letting him know he's in striking range and about to attack. You can tell me he's moving the hand out of the way to attack, and if he only did it once I'd agree. But he's not even trying to go around or take another approach.
I'm not speaking ill of either of the guys in the video...I'm saying that this particular demonstration does not show any skill in perception or sensitivity.
