I'm a beginner and hoping that doing weight exercises while on the floor instead of standing will help protect injuring my neck and back, is this correct?
i'm relatively fit. i mean i'm a sporty person. but everything seems to be in poportion but my arms. does this exercise helps make it slimmer? and if it does, how long till the results are shawn?

If you feel pain while working out..YOUR DOING IT RIGHT!
If pain persists, eat some raw eggs and sleep for 8 hours.

completely true! some people dont ever work to their full potential because they dont think they should be feeling any pain!
its short sharp pain thats bad, not pain from excertion!
with tricept pushdowns on a high cable, how far do you bend your arms, should it be past 90 degrees?

@Tidenesmann Just make sure you workout with proper form. You can feel pain if you exercise with wrong form but it's not good pain.

You can do it laying flat on the floor or with your upper body on an exercise ball.

Hi,
Thx for the vid. My mom want's to tone her triceps. We don't have a bench though. Is there an alternate way to doing this safely without the bench?
Thank you!

The bench really isn't necessary for this.

Yeah, I would most def. perfer the floor. No risk of accidentally tilting over and alot better balance and support.
