You should take a look at the demonstration forest some of the trails are paved but there is more than enough dirt trails. also some pretty nice history around that spot... just don't go in November unless you enjoy the rain

The bridge is in North Vancouver, up Capilano Rd. (the main road to Grouse Mtn.) Lynn Canyon bridge, also on the north shore, is just as beautiful - and free!

I loved going to the Capilano Suspension Bridge, I went sometime in Summer 2006 with my family. It really is beautiful. --Nice music on the video, I love this song by Enigma.
