Alrite alrite steady on! First of all the only english people are the passers by at the station! The people envolved are scottish and play in a scottish pipeband,can you not hear the scottish accent in the commentary no? So wind your neck in a get a grip eh! The pedal you meant was the Pedal Bass Drum in the drum set. This is a marching bass drum, ussually, they use drum sticks(not fried chicken) to hit it, but in order to not damage the drum, they use mallets.
