It depends of you and your ability.

My advice is to watch a lot of "dble leg" vids, to understand the move.

After that, try it on a tramp if you can, and after that on a mat.

Taste it on the floor when you have succeed tramp and mat.

donc cela m'enchenterais de m'entretenir avec vous afin d'avoir un maximum d'informations.
