the arcade is the same thint as the prenuim exect the memery but if u add get the preniuam u get riped off 20 bucks cus just get a arcade then by a 20gb and ull still have 20$ left over.thats wat i did

its the same exact thing dude the arcade and the pro are the same except the pro comes with 60 gb hard drive and the disc tray is silver otherwise there the same exact thing there is really no difference bettwen them if i add a 60gb hard drive to my xbox then its a pro

the reason is because the arcade version is the 2008 version which is much better. There's no harddrive but u can buy one. Arcade version is better because it has a inside cooling fan. The reason the older ones are worse is because they had heating problems and they had the Adapter problem. the ps3 is only good because it has blu-ray that's it. I tried the ps3 and in my opinion it was worth the money so i returned it.

well...actually...everything u buy...is mark up. A shirt can be made for about $2, but some companies sell them at $30 ~ $150. The reason why this is relevant is because well...it was probably made at the prices of $5 ~ $15, and all they're doing is marking up the price at over 100%. A speaker system at 2500$ was probably made at the price of $150. Sorry to tell u but that's business, u can wait for the price go down.

No what microsoft is doing is a scam. Go look at youtube video of someone taking apart a 360 HD, inside is a normal freaking sata laptop HD.

They buy those in bulk, put them in their enclosures, AND BAM, sell a 120gb for 180 dollars.

I know theres mark ups, thats how profit is made, but it's a bunch of shit, and i dont wanna pay more for a 60gb drive then i paid for my 250gb drive for the ps3 which was 40 dollars less.

yeah, i do agree but it's not scam but what i do think is that they're marketing there price wayyy too high. I just got my xbox 360 Pro 60GB today for 300$. which was totally not worth it because i had to get extra $55 for GOW2 which i finished in 5 hours and i am disappointed. Also the $60 for the 2 year warranty. all together it was $435. Well it wasn't too disappointing it was actually pretty fun but it was a little short. But all together it was less then ps3 without the game :)

k here's places u can buy xbox hard drives in Canada. EB Games, GameSpot, Futureshop, bestbuy, and afew more. Those are the most convenient stores that u can go to. If you live in USA i cant help u lol. Wait since ur American than that means ur parents are totally fine with giving out there credit card number to people they dont know. Order it by those companies or ebay :)

I was thinking the same too, my xbox broke 3 weeks ago and it couldn't be fixed for 50 dollars so i decided to buy the xbox arcade last night because i already got the hard drive then all i had to do was just slide my previous HDD on the arcade console. It's better than buying another expensive elite with two HDD in your hands. theyre basically the same console and everything except Pro and & Elite has a larger memory and extra features to it.

I like the 360 much better, plus they got more RPG's, only reason I got a 360 is for Final Fantasy 13 and Metal Gear Solid 4, I already beat MGS, and FF13 is going for the 360. Devil May Cry 4 is on 360 and so is Grand Theft Auto, and Resident Evil 5.
