Oooh no...I love trying other peoples recipes. I'll have to use canned chickpeas tho' as I've burned three pans boiling up dried ones :)

When I lived in Miami there were only two Indian restaurants there at the time.... a really good curry, just amazing! This is probably not greatest recipe for curry though.. there are some amazing lental ones that maybe the world's greatest!

I'm still not done with the info and I'm dead tired in spite of having one hour and fourty minute nap recently.. but I thought.. I have to get this out of the way.
