I've worked with every top mariachi, Vargas, Camperos de Nati Cano, Cobre, Sol, and Los Arrieros are a top level mariachi, they play, and sing well, and have good command of their instruments, and are on par with the best.
I've been doing production with mariachis for over 25 years, and these guys are good.

You shouldn't assume so early. I'm only 16, but I'm a mariachi too, and live in the Socorro area. I've performed with a couple of mariachis, but not the best. I doubt you've played with some of the best either. There's really no famous Mariachis here. >_>
Despite the fact you have indeed been with the best, you can't fully understand the components that make up a professional Mariachi. You're dance folklorico, you don't actually play Mariachi music.
I know Los Arrieros de El Paso are nowhere near the level of a professional Mariachi, but by our region's standards, they're doing pretty damn good.
It's very funny how you think that yes i may not be a mariachi, But i dance to rthymns, i know what professionality needs to be.
I do understand where youre coming from, for the region and standard they're compared with they are indeed the best. But knowing they're the best, why cant they learn to play other songs?
I love these guys!!!! They are most favorite mariachi group in the whole world. I especially love the big guy with the glasses. ;-)

ive performed as a dancer with Camperos de Nati Cano, Cobre International guadalajara, las adelitas, arrieros de mcallen.
and as a performer they are not even close to the level of professional should be at
