Mark Steyn....I want to see him debate Obama and Biden. Can we make him a stealth reporter ...to cover the White House? The past campaign addressed none of these issues...and they are altering our civilization in ways we cannot yet comprehend. A Muslin study center is opening on my street, here in Boston. It is the project of a real estate developer who had to do something for public service in exchange for a political favor on a zoning decision. He wins, they get their voice...and on it goes.

@munkholm18 A 'Muslim study centre' is actually a base for street-Jihad. There are such places now in all the big cities in the UK. The 'study' will consist of a distorted history of Islam (making Islam seem like an innocent victim of the 'vile' infidel) and feature an exhortation to go forth and claim 'war booty' (i.e. rape and rob). How to stop it: just say the truth about this particular centre and about Islam in general. Saying the truth is more devastating than any kind of violence.

do you also know most coverage like my own is 80% paid for only? stay 5 days in a hosp. after a major operation the cost is 20% or more for that last 20%. also please realize insurance co. often will not pay for " non-standardized" care. ex. a VQ scan used to detect lung cancer is not covered!

that the #1 reason for foreclosures in america is the illness of a bread winner? that cost of non-insured people who come to the hospital is passed on to the consumer?

i'd like to give my point of view on health care if i may. i offer this opinion from a RN (registered nurse) pov.

gone are the old days of america where many good jobs included health care. american companies simply can't compete when they have to pay for employee health care. sm business can't afford it. frankly neither can big business. look at ford motor.

Americans need help with healthcare. The entire industry has become greedy. I'm not a Democrat by any stretch of the imagination, but they're right about this. It has nothing to do with becoming socialists. You can't have a strong country with a huge population who can't afford healthcare. This guy can come from Europe and poo-poo it, but he has a good job and can afford it -- just like the rest of the people who are against it.
