Where was Tea Party when the Bush administration ran through the surplus of funds left President Clinton? I did not hear one peep from them or the so-called fiscal conservatives. After the GOP loses now they pop with all this outrage. I wonder if they have foregotten that the banks and housing blew up at the end of eight years of Republican rule. Poor misguided, misinformed people in the Tea Party. Be informed Be free!!!!!!!!
Only in America could large corporations rally the very people they are milking blind and turn them against the very victims of their schemes....poor saps.
@crashoverride1000 the rich count on the morons to buy their line of bullshit, they can't win elections without the ignorant, white fucktards who make up the teabag *movement* or the religious nutjobs (more like a bowel movement)
majority politicians tea party, dems, republicans, are controlled by the same god: satan and money(to articulate the elite rich ie.Rothschild family empire and their cohorts)this is old news already
Obama really needs to watch MSNBC, because they try to have his back. I know he doesn't like to listen to pundits, but he needs to lean forward and really listen to MSNBC, because MSNBC represents the channel of the base! Not all of us but most of us.
It is a ridiculous and pathetic tea party argument that the USA should abolish regulatory agencies like the SEC, EPA and the FDA ..and then large corporations would self regulate and perform ethically on their own. ....Fiascoes like the BP oil spill, poison painted toys, Enron, E-coli outbreaks, west virginia mining accidents, Bernie Madoff and faulty Toyota brakes would be daily occurrences with no government regulation in place.
@rebjiii Exactly. These people have a poor understanding of civics and American history, and therefore they can't grasp how these things might exist FOR A REASON.
@SweatLaserXP ..have watched any of the youtube videos with interviews with the bigots at beck's aug 28 restoring honor rally in dc ? The ignorance and racism is without limits.
The elimination of public schools! Do you see how desperate the GOP is to win this election? What do they expect kids to do? Get home schooling! Adults have to get up and go to work in the morning. Their are going to be a lot of parents pissed off if the GOP privatizes education. David Harmer is a joke. He wants to return us to a period of book reading, where kids who lived on the farm only went to school every two or three months in the South. SMH........
@lildwayne21 ...they have people to be stupid......what they do not understand is that adam and eve being expelled from the the garden of eden for seeking knowledge was only a metaphor.....it was not meant to be a guiding principle to foster ignorance
@lildwayne21 - They want schools to be profit based. Private education so every parent has a "choice". Choice is a code word for "screw you poor people ha hha ah hah ah."

Google: pushedleft.blogspot AND why-we-should-be-concerned-about
Private education becomes tiered education, creating a future generation of "haves" and "have nots", something public education sought to alleviate by providing education for all children, regardless of social standing.
@SweatLaserXP What do you expect? Their psycho-talkers who give into the GOP when they try to dumb things down. Their not going to have a good understanding of history, government or civics.
Good interview. Its unbelievable, the same saps that voted for Bush (probably twice) now want a revolution. The anger is justified but i wish these people were a tick more intelligent and less gullible for right wing grandstanding. Idiots.
@2legs2armsetc You know what's even MORE amazing? No matter how obvious it becomes that Tea Party members are being conned, tea partiers will ALWAYS blame the tax and spend liberals who for whatever goes on. The Tea Party leaders could literally spit in their followers faces and they will STILL believe whatever the Tea Party leadership tells them to believe. It's amazing to watch.

The Kochs gave the ACLU $20 million to fight the PATRIOT Act.
Horray for the Kochs!
Defenders of freedom!!

@jerthemessiah Actually, only certain portions of the Patriot Act... likely the parts that could be used to expose themselves.

@jerthemessiah Excellent retort. Your feathers must be ruffled from everyone completely owning your comments over... and over.. and over again.
