Yeah, you could just buy a train instead of Photoshopping one into your CGI landscape. You *could* just buy a Polaroid instead of applying a simple white border to your picture. You COULD just spend $50+ on a Lomocam instead of spending 5 minutes in Photoshop.

I'd go with Photoshop, but it's your choice… moron! :)

If you want photoshop, Download the trial. Then get a product key from the internet. I got one from Youtube. If photoshop keeps asking you for a product key after that, all you have to do is enter the key and block photoshop from checking the product key. There's a video for that.

All is awesome love the tutorial but i just thought i should add that theres another way that you may want to do this which is a method that does not damage the orgial photo like this tut does. Create a new file and bring in a photo as a smart object and do all the adjustments as he did in the video. This will prevent any damage to original quality of the photo. And then you can save it as a template and when you want to do the same effect to another image just replace the smart object (image)

@11940ful photoshop is a program that you can buy that allows you to do this, it is available for both mac and windows computers. Although it is very powerful in what it can do, it can also be VERY pricey so if your thinking about buying this get it in a suite or buy an older version.

You will need to have an active firewall running to be able to KEEP photoshop. When prompted by your firewall, you must block anything by the name adobe or starting with. Works for Windows only. Macs suck

You may have a dialogue box from your firewall blocking ps every time you open it, but hey IT'S FREE.

We don't need to know where you learned the lomo effect . We don't need to know who the model is or where you took his picture. In a tutorial, just teach the viewer what to do, that's it. Took you a minute and a half before you finally started the tutorial.
