@HikingWelder I didn't really miss it, but when I finally did make a stove, the hot meals were very welcome. Also, with the stove, I was able to lighten my pack considerably, being able to pack much lighter foods.
@battlefield2013 Good question. If I remember right, it was the Mountain Crossings Hostel in Neels Gap, GA. It's a great place to stay, right on the trail. From what I've heard, most thru-hikers stay there as they pass. Thanks for the comment.

Nice video! Did you stay at the Plumb Orchard Shelter the night before crossing into NC? That was probably my favorite in GA(I think it was in GA)

I did stay there, actually. That was one of the nicest shelters I stayed in on the AT.
