This is a long shot, but hopefully the rest of his brain will pick up from here and confront the anti-intellectual Middle Eastern Bronze age mythology with this new-found interest in logic he has developed. Maybe he'll move on to the paradoxes of omnipotence...which this time philosophy already implicitly addresses.

An eternal non-changeable(timeless), omnipotent God has no reason to think or make choices or direct universes. Pat is one step away from Pantheism or Panentheism! Good luck.

My respect for Pat Robertson's brain has just risen a bit, at least the logical part that is probably trying to jump out and escape from the rest.

You people laugh, perhaps somewhat rightfully so because he doesn't really get the point... but he just made an argument for the impossibility of god.

A "god-mind" needs time to operate. A first, B second, C third...he says it himself...it doesn't happen that way in eternity... ERGO, mr. Pat, change is impossible ERGO god cannot think or create!!

Actually Robertson may be expressing a more realistic view of time than he is being given credit for. Modern physics doesn't acknowledge a singular direction for the arrow of time, nor does it maintain events must be strictly linear. Also, time existing within the skin of the universe, as Robertson conceptualized, seems fairly accurate to me.
