How about one in Douglasville, Ga? There are no good places to ride here and all of my friends and i have to drive up to 50 miles away to get to one. We love our sport, and the people in it!
would you be able to build one in south/eastern Ontario preferably in the quinte/Belleville area? this would get the kids active in our area, as there are many talented children that would benefit greatly from this. also seeing we have multiple bike shops in our area it would promote a healthy living even in adults, also cutting gas emissions!
could you build one in spokane washington? we have a few places but we need places with people who monitor the things going on there. even in the nice suburbs, its full of drugs and swearing, and the little kids have nowhere to ride, we need a place where u can bring your whole family without being shunned and put down. please?
can you build one at san fco ca. on third street, for skateboard, and bikes. and may be surfing swimming pools like in japan, just to keep the children away from drugs, (and adults too)
@bikeskills i agree with that a hundred percent, thats been my reason for building jumps, cause i hate drugs and what they do to people, ive been ticketed and cited before for building jumps and tracks, but i dont believe anyone cares that the jumps are there, because they provide positive feedback to the community, i think all of us mountain bikers, from XC racers, to downhillers should work twords doing these types of thing for all of our communities...
I got a new Rocky Mountain Reaper 2, and i wanna do some dirt jumping, free ride and a little bit of downhill. Any suggestions for part on what i need to make this happen? or do i got the basic parts?
buy a basic, light frame....prefferably a Specialized p1...($800)...the get something like dropoff forks(7-9'') ($200) and a new front rim and tire ($100) and Holy Rolly tires ($80)....then you are set for everything.....(downhill, dirtjimping, street, ridin around) TOTAL: $1180
you should build one in abbotsford, abbotsford is definetly one of those most bike friendly cities out there.... its cuz we've got tons of mountains and an indoor and outdoor bmx track... which are both pathetic i might add...
where is this track? cause i live in scotland (dundee) does any one know where there is any pump tracks around the dundee area ?. the only track i go to is my local woods witch me and frends built it actult decent(ish)or lairds loch and fortwilliam - but i dont go that often
When you are jumping, in a pump track, or going downhill, you want to be able to move on your bike without the seat being in the way. Watch the Bikeskills Jumping, Steeps, and Downhill videos and you'll see how much the riders move and need that seat low.
hi I have been riding serioulsy for about 3 motnths and I have recently learn a box jump at my local park I was there today and I was a bit dizzy evertime i was riding around on the ramps so that may have been what made my stack but I have a stp1 and alot of the times i am jumping i am losing balance to one side of the bike and almost stacking and i did today what do you think im doing wrong after watching the jump video i think i may have one arm lower then the other and how do i stop this thx
whats the first song
