  • I love how sometimes it's head presses against the glass and his snout flattens.

  • Proof that the japanese DO love Whales and Dolphins...I hate when people bash a whole nation for whats going on with the slaughter over there. This was cute! Thanks for sharing this with us!

  • website ibaiji [dot] org is correct, now not baiji as in simplechui's post. It's the Wuhan Baiji Conservation Foundation

  • AWH IT'S SO CUTE! <3

  • This is so cute!

  • this is not finless!! you LIE to me

  • I hope scientists are doing an exceptional job of protecting these creatures! They're so f***ing cute!

  • For some reason people think dolphins are friendly happy creatures the truth is male bottle nose dolphins are killers and rapists and often kill porpoises for no reason except that they are different. Porpoises don't share the same diet or compete for the same resources. SO sad.

  • my turtle does that

  • its scary how aware porpoise and dolphins are and how intelligent they are

  • hehe i like to do this with the cats at the pet store <3 lol.

    those porpoises are adorable <3

  • awwww so cute

  • A cute Video with less then a million views?

  • How in hell can people hate and kill whales? They're so cute!

  • mew lettuce!

  • lmao they are so cute.

  • Porpoises are my favourite animal. Where I used to live (Makkovik, Labrador) I had a job for the harbourmaster to go around the harbour in a motored dorry and keep the Porpoises away from the boat. Sometimes it ment jumping in and herding them away to a little island about 1 km from the harbour. Now I live in British Columbia and I miss my Porpoises. :(

  • CUTEEE =D lol im doing a huge science project on finless porpoise so yea XD

  • @MoonFlower319

    Ummm. Dolphins are definitely apes.

    Get an education.

  • Such a cute animal :)

  • awhh

  • 0:28 " hey cut it out"

  • EEK! Kawaii! n.n

  • Aww!

  • noooo its a finless porpoise, belugas are much larger with a bulbous melon (bulging part of their head) and a pure white coloration :), unless their younger.

  • ohhhhh i see. why is their color different when they are younger???

  • This one is cute too you dick!

  • this creature is known as the most intelligent creature in the world!!!!! :)

  • Its too bad the Chinese river dolphin didn't tolerate captivity well. I'm studying to become a marine biologist and conservation is what I'm specializing in. I hope I can help the conservation efforts in China too.

  • seems like China acted too little too late for the Yangtze River dolphin. Too polluted for anythng to live in now. A travesty, seeing as how they lived there for thousands of years before us fool humans came along. Shameful.

  • @finch6789

yeah that really makes me sad when i think about it

  • Yeahh i no

  • fuck the chinese, they will kill them like they wiped out the river dolphin in the yang tze river

  • i dont think that comment was needed...

  • Aww, such beautiful creatures. :)

  • finless porpoise? it looks like a baby beluga, i remembered i've read on a book baby belugas are gray, they just turn into ivory color as they grow old.... oh boy, they're so adorable!!!!

  • Oh gosh! thats adorable!

I can't wait to begin working with animals. I'm going to focus on enrichment (making sure zoo animals don't get bored)

  • 0h =')

    It's so cute !!!

  • I just did a presentation on China's Three Gorges Dam, this cute little guy may go extinct b/c humans are destroying their natural habitat.

  • thats a beluga WHALE not a finless DOLPHIN

    dumbass

  • please...don't quit school

  • do your RESEARCH.

    jackass.

  • awesome...finally someone that actualy realizes that dolphins are not mammals but the mammal people are thinking of is actualy a porpoise

  • O, I love those adorable cuties so much...

  • He reminds me of a seal named Hermie at the Vancouver Aquarium (yes I go there) and I always play with him like that.

  • GIMMEGIMMEGIMME! 8D

  • I want one XD that is adorable, beautiful porpose =]

  • tiny lil guy isint he

  • They are sóóó cute!! But we'll have to try hard to save them. But listen, there might be still hope for the baiji! They've spotted one and they want to breed with them.

  • kawaii

  • cute =) When i was at an aquarium watching the harbour seals, they did the same thing

  • omigoodess if that is not the cutest thing i've ever seen!

  • OMG! That's so cute! :)

  • In fact there are scientists trying to save them!!!

Like the research team from the Institute of Hydrobiology (IHB) of The Chinese Academy of Science (CAS). Hope they will have more support for this meaningful act!

  • baiji[dot]org

This is a web for baiji. The baiji is now Functionally extincts as a result of man's destruction of their natural habitat and resources. In fact, finless porpoise are now facing a similar problem as baiji.

I think this web may help you!!

Also, there are many papers about finless porpoise which i think you may find it in library or on web.

  • @simplechui FYI! the baji dolphin is not extinct if u had atleast done a little research u would know that recently they discovered new evedence that the baiji dolphin is still ok the IUCN red list changed it status of extinct 2bak 2criticly endangered but it does still need our help if it is 2continue its existence so i suggest u take that out & just say that the finless porpoise needs our help instead of comparing it 2totally diffrent species of Cetacea when this is a porpoise & not a dolphin

  • these creatures are very intelligent (and BEYOND CUTE!) im actually doing a science project on them, so if anyone could direct me to something like an educational vid or sumthin... plz! oh, btw, first comment!
