@sydlife123 you'd be surprised at how lenient Englands police are. They're a lot more lenient than most of these programs show, as they tend to act tough for the camera. Especially to people that live on their patch. If its someone from over the boarder they're a lot more likely to get a fine/ticket charged than if the person is local.
