True, I just looked it up and although it's nearer the bottom end of the price range, it's not as cheap as the base 560-4, even though it's not as powerful. Apparently those Balboni racing stripes cost a lot of cash, lol.

Less is more. The car weighs a lot less than the "normal" LP 560-4 and steers a lot sharper. It goes around a track faster so it doesn't need the power. LP 550-2 it's called. No doubt after the Balboni edition there will be a base LP550-2. But that's my theory:)
