So that's (high level) VF5 - it looks fun, but I'm stil not sure if it's worth buying in the U.S. I'm not quite so willing to devote a large portion of my life to one videogame (and just one character in it).

maybey this is just me but is anyone else pissed off at the fact that if me like many of u im sure have the xbox or ps3 console versions of the game that we cant get really sick items like flames that surround ur wrist or electricity runnin up ur arms.i cant get my head why they cut out shit like that for console versions of the game.i mean not only that but they get like custom entrances and have acess to every item from the get go.i feel kinda cheated by am2.but still love the game.

I know I'm going to get a lot of hate for this, but this crazy comeback shows how SBO's team rules are pretty broken. One good member can carry a whole team if he can wipe out another team by himself.

I really think it should be everyone has a set number of rounds they can lose (3 rounds per person). So if you beat someone, but lost one round, you're only allowed to lose 2 rounds in the next game. That way, even if you lost your game, you contributed to the team since you won a couple rounds

I agree, I like the way Sega and Evo have individual matches and not team versus formats.

At SBO we've seen the best players just wipe the floor with their opponents, I only follow VF and SF2 and I've seen so many team versus events where only one person on the winning team ever plays.

Yeah, I haven't followed the SF2 SBO scene as much as I wanted, but I'm betting that any team with Daigo just kills since Daigo can take out whole teams by himself.
