The great thing about "science", however, is that the entire process is well documented and must be repeatable. 1) if we discover there is a God, then agnosticism and escepticism can fit with that.
2) atheism, by definition, cannot.

All I can figure is that atheists are resentful because they're knowledgeable of their path to Hell. Even so, there is no need to become aggressive just because I'm acting responsibly by informing the atheist of such, i.e. going to Hell. I would suggest silence when being spoken to by myself as a chosen instrument of Divine retribution. I have only the best interests of the delusional atheist in mind when telling him/her to forsake the faith in there being a nonexistent God. Anger is a sin.

Pollen and/or seed sample go all the way back. The image itself is a pefect photographic negative on a cloth. How is that explained? Recent research said the image could have been formed by ultra-violet laser. Ultra-violet laser for an image on a cloth centuries ago? Mary isn't on a back burner.

I agree that everyone is entitled to respect. If you mean that people should be able to debate like adults, I also agree. The great thing about "science", however, is that the entire process is well documented and must be repeatable. I hardly think, after understanding the scientific method and peer review process, that people should have any more than normal, healthy skepticism regarding established theories.

i have no problems with atheists, my best friend is an atheist, the cool thing though is that i can actually talk about religious stuff with her without getting this imaginary friend bullshit.to say that religion alone is the reason for all the problems in the world takes the blame away from the real problem and that's the people who interpret it in a bad way. especially considering how religion can actually help people live stable and happy lives, would this person say these people are wrong?

But if the best you can say for something is that it doesn't cause ALL the problems in the world, I have to say I think we can do without. Churches have been the source of a great deal of destruction historically, and have fulfilled no worthwhile purpose that couldn't be fulfilled by a secular institution.
