It regards to removing Black from magic because of the art, I would be more concerned of kids simulating killing like in Cash and Guns (even if it the pieces do seem child-like and unrealistic) rather than seeing gritty art in Magic. I myself am not concerned about either, but if anything were to bother me, if would be the latter.

I love Memoir 44.  Simple to teach/learn, but great fun to play.

And Telestrations... that's just Eat Poop You Cat commercialized. Think one just came out under the Cranium brand too.
