@alexp8654 It's not a toy. It's a model from Polar Lights/Round 2. You have to assemble and paint it yourself. If you want lights, you have to add them yourself, or by an aftermarket light kit.

I rewatched the wrath of kahn recently, and I have to admit, i think I like models better than cgi.

@6netfire I think that models work better than CGI because CGI has yet to master the accuracy of texture. I think that the problem is that CGI texture is too smooth and does not have a look of being in a real "atmosphere" around it. The more realistic, rougher lighting on a model is what counts in my opinion.

Navigational deflector is the wrong colour. It's only red/orange when it's warming up. In flight mode it's an icy blue.

That alone would ruin this model for me.

The lighting kit most likely used for this model has the option of blue as well.
