it depends on which vista your usong if your using home premium 32 bit then it will be a inplace upgrade

It's basically saying to open it with a program such as Magic ISO and mounting it through a virtual cd/dvd which means that you will be able to activate the iso file without having to physically burn it to a real cd/dvd.

not really man, i say upgrade to 1gb AT THE LEAST. to get back to xp, get your xp install disc

Well explain to me how I have 512MB ram and I have Windows 7 Beta. Maybe since they updated Windows 7 to Build 7000, they let it run on 512MB RAM. All I know is that it works.
