Hi everyone, it's me, the singer on this medley. It's been entertaining for me to read all of your comments, both good and bad! Karen was my favorite singer as a young girl and greatly inspired me to become a singer as well. Of course, I will never sound exactly like her - I'm ME!! I just did this for fun in a cruise ship talent show. I certainly hope my performance has honored her amazing talent. Blessings to all of you fellow Carpenters fans.

Very nice! Who is this? Overall she didn't sound like Karen (although she does have the range), but there were split seconds during this medley that she came pretty close to KC's or even ONJ's voice. Her pronunciation and slightly nasal tone or quality in her voice somehow reminded me more of Andrea Corr or Silje Nergaard though... Thanks for this lovely tribute to the Carpenters! :-)
