Okay,enough. I had overloaded my inbox with these replies saying that Lady Bat is a female. Now shut up and read:

1. Lady Bat in the anime and in the manga is referenced as "boku" which is used usually by males.

2. Lady Bat fell in love with Coco. FELL IN LOVE. I'm not so sure if they'd put a lesbian in a kiddy anime like this.

3. Michiko Yokote and Pink Hanamori said on their blogs that Lady Bat is an actual male,wearing female clothes to seduct his enemies.

Wikipedia says that Lady Bat is a male wearing woman's clothes just to hide his identity in the sea world. And if you look really closely Lady Bat doesn't seem to have boobs. In episode 28 season 2 i think there's Lady Bat crossing his arms which makes his skin squish and form some kind of boobs,but still he doesn't have them. And... As the same,if you look really closely at Lady Bat's skirt you can see the shrugs of the skirt and some kind of pops which means he has a penis.
