When I wrote the recipe down I did not realize that you had not named it....I put in in my Pate/Spreads/Dips recipes section and named it Rene's Cauliflower+ Pate (actually I wrote "Rene's Cauli+ Pate". That said, your video title is a perfect description as well. Thanks!
