I have asthma and when i play sports at school i have lots of athsma attacks from running to hard so lucky ie got my inhaler with me arond my neck!!

I almost die last year because an asthma attack and few hours ago I had another 'asthma attack'. I hate it... and I don't want to take inhaler because it will make my hands shaking and my heart will beat so fast. its uncomfortable... :(

aww i feel so bad for him!
i have asthma too, but my attacks have never been that serious to go into a hostpital.
glad to know hes okayy(:
