u can customize the 3g 2, and the old iphone 2g is carbon fibre not metal, also this makes it hevvier than the 3g... you just dont have enough money for a 3g and this is your way of hiding that

Believe me, you arent the only one who has said this... i can wait the extra few seconds, wheres the fire? its a shame some of the best games in the app store will set you back ten dollars, besides the fact its ten extra dollars a month for the phone bill. if you look on my channel you find a video "iphone vs. iphone 3g" most of the sites i look at on my phone are loaded faster with the edge network. :)

I got the 3g and I think that the "old" Iphone is faster and does more things than this one jailbreak is awesome and the free apps are not that great

If you jailbreak and something goes wrong, apple will void the warranty. I got an iPhone and I'm getting a 3G for my bday(maybe). DOn't jailbreak, use appstore. The jailbreak messed up my phone badly and i had to completely restore it and i lost everything. The sound also fails sometimes.

i would like to say, i agree with you 100 percent, i havent had any problems as of yet from jailbreaking my phone and its been jailbroken for months now. i know i was voiding the warranty by doing this, but i also know i have gotten my 400 dollars out of this phone. i love it, and it hasnt given me any problems yet :)

nice video but in a couple weeks (or less) everything you pointed out will be pointless cuz of the iphone 2.0/3g jailbreak excpet having a metal back which i think is worse becuase when you drop it it dents and scratches rather than plastic just scratching lol. once 2.0 is jailbroken which it alreayd is were just waiting for the release well have all this that you showed in the video PLUS the app store and all the featurs 2.0 offers.

to change the text on the slide to unlock, you must have customize downloaded from installer. once you have customize go into customize and find edit system strings, then click springboard(english), there you should be able to edit pretty much all text that is shown when you have to use the slider :)
