if you read It again you will see that God formed adam after He rested. therefore, the eighth day. he created man on the sixth day, then He rested. Then comes adam.
i'm sorry it's taken so long, but i just saw this comment. the reason adam is singled out in God's Word is because he is the first in the seed line of Christ. eve is the mother of all living because Christ is the Living Word. and , whosoever calleth upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved. Amen.
