I should of explained myself more. DC Universe is based off the DC world, so if anything Champions Online is copying DC Universe only because DC comics were wayyy before the creation of City Of Heroes. Another reason why Champions online looks different is that it's alll cellshaded. DC Universe is clearly not cellshaded like Champions online.
