  • ron weasley

  • Hey you stupid smack, the title kinda gives away the joke. Gwah!! PS - thx for posting.

  • The "yoink" at the end just MADE this sketch. XD

  • David Foley was on an episode of The King of Queens.

  • Dave Foley, always awesome

  • Dave's dimples, so cute :3

  • wonder if Von Trier, Gibson and Galiano seen this

  • If I ever win an Academy Award I'm going to nonchalantly thank Hitler in my acceptance speech just like this.

  • She thanked Hitler! After what he did to that donkey!

  • @DavidGaluska Hahaha I seen that sketch!

  • My great grand parents fled from Germany just before the holocaust and came to Canada. If the Holocaust never happened my father would'nt of met my mother and I wouldnt be here. Erm.. Thanks Hitler...

  • @JHandcock1111 I'm in a very similar situation, the difference being that I'm American and my great-grandfather actually died. It's like, by trying to prevent our existence he actually in some way caused it.

  • @Shockwave474 Lol! I didnt look at it that way, thats pretty ironic. And just think, if he hadnt done that other people instead of us would be here and a different plot line for the world would happen because some of the people that helped change it so much wouldnt have been here...

  • @JHandcock1111 Not that that justifies the Holocaust, but you're right, and I hope I'm useful in some way.

  • @Shockwave474 Oh Im not trying to justify it, Im just saying like, imagine if the holocaust didnt happen, what could the world possibly be like then?

  • @JHandcock1111 I'm not accusing you of trying to justify the Holocaust—I believe in fact that you're the last person who'd try to do that.

  • "I'd like to thank Hitler for blanking my donkey..."

  • Weird, the segue on the DVD is a little behind the scenes thing of Dave and Kevin doing the sketch. But here, Dave's in..........Boston?

  • Michelle Bachmann really needs some message control.

  • lol

  • oh someone else said that

  • hehe Lars von Trier

  • Sid & Marty Sidmartinson, very prolific producers

  • Wait, the shot at the end was in Boston (the Herald machine and distinctive plastic rubbish barrel give it away). I think that's the Park Plaza Hotel is in the background.

  • Why is there a Boston Herald machine in the segue?!

  • Didn't work so well for Lars Von Trier either...

  • Six people thanked Hitler.

  • Thank Hitler we're not all communist. And for jet propulsion.

  • Thank Hitler we're not all communist.

  • The guy with the beard sounds like Waffles... From Cat scratch

  • @inuyasha2013 Because that actor does the voice acting for Waffles, he does a lot of voice acting.

  • So, included in the title is "Thanks Hitler". The video is of an acceptance speech where the actor thanks people you would expect to be thanked... but wait a sec, he thanks Hitler too! Oh. wow. funny. my ribs are sore from laughing so hard. How on Earth could they have ever thought of such an inspired comedy bit? "I'd like to thanks bob, joe, susie, maria, satan, and jake." Ooooh nooooes! How did that bad name get mixed in with all the normal ones? Whacky hilarity hijinks!

  • @KingBohica good sarcasm fail troll

  • Dave Foley definitely looked the prettiest in drag!

  • Not since Monty Python have so many men felt so comfortable in front of a camera in a dress

  • 2 people forgot to thank hitler in their acceptance speeches.

  • i dont get it

  • wats the song at the ending

  • @MrMegaWizard All the Kid's music was by a band called "Shadowy Men from a Shadowy Planet". I saw them in St. Louis in '92, awesome band. Get their album if you can still find it!

  • HAVE U SEEN THE VIDEO OF DAVE FOLEY BEGGING??... yEAH, HE WAS IN FRONT OF GRUMMAN'S CHINESE THEATER, AND HE WAS TAKING DONATIONS.

IT IS AMAZING THAT AFTER A POPULAR SHOW HE ENDS UP BEGGING BASICALLY ... PERHAPS, HE WAS DOING IT AS A STUNT...

  • @flyby7a yes, im sure it was a stunt.

  • If I ever win an Oscar, I am so thanking Sid and Marty Sidmartinson.

  • Kids in the Hall forever!

  • Yeah, I've done that too. Embarassing.

  • "you thanked hitler" in kevin's falsetto voice LOL

  • The producers Sid and Marty Sidmartenson. Lmao!!!

  • That is one of my favorite skits. If I ever won an Academy I'd be afraid of thanking Hitler completely by accident because of this skit.

  • i think they just created this show as an excuse to wear dresses.

  • @drivepro yeah and thank hitler...get some humour

  • why does the newspaper box say boston herald on it? i thought all of these were in toronto.

  • The newspaper box says "Boston Herald" on it because it contains copies of the Boston Herald newspaper. It's a newspaper that is sold both in Boston and outside of Boston.

  • @mosquitomansayspah kinda like the ny times

  • if this had been an snl sketch it would have lasted 15 minutes. KitH knew how to get to a creative joke, and more importantly, how to end it quickly before it got stale or repetitive

  • @TEKnoir dead on acurate that is exactly why i do not watch SNL

  • @TEKnoir

Yeah, and people probably would be quoting it for years. Kids in the Hall is so underrated. :-(

  • @TEKnoir I completely agree. SNL know how to kill a joke til its dead lol.

  • @TEKnoir wow couldn't have said it better myself

  • @TEKnoir What really gets me wondering is how can SNL still be on the air and Kids in the Hall not.

  • @Youngmoon08 I honestly can't recall the last time I watched SNL and thought a single sketch was funny. It simply has the biggest financial backing I suppose. Great comedy shows like this come and go, but it seems the lame ones sometimes have trouble exiting the stage.

  • @Frothenbath1 I think you are right.

  • @Frothenbath1 the funny thing is, the guy who created snl created this, maybe because they were canadian or because they were only around 5 seasons i believe.and with the same cast so it never got the feeling of ok this show is going down hill. you cant deny early and certin later snl up til the mid 90's were really funny

  • @unholychunk Lorne Michaels didn't create them. He did discover them and give them a tv show, but they found each other and wrote their own material.

  • @mustardayonnaise i know. i said he created the tv show not the comedy troupe

  • @TEKnoir

Unfortunately, that "extending the punchline way passed it's prime" is something that even Little Britain has been a bit guilty of.

  • Kanye West should see this to cheer him up

  • @turdsniper Kayne West needs to get herpes

  • Hmm..why would you thank Hitler, I don't know!

  • david foley, you're awesome!!

  • LOL

  • Funny ... Funny ... Funny!
