  • hello friend, I have a 150 cc buggy but when I stand and start to speed up my buggy tugging, this makes when is cold. Not an engine failure. I think it could be the variable clutch seems to come suddenly and sometimes tugging to jump the gear teeth that transmit power to the shaft. Could you give me your comment? Thank you.

  • why u change the original clutch spring to the white one??

is it 4 make your scooter more fast or else??

help me please...i have a scooter but really don't know about a scooter...

  • It keeps the machine in the lower gear range just a little longer. On something like this go kart mini buggy it is better for hill climbing.

  • It is not a night and day difference at all. Whether or not you would want to do this depends on your riding style. We eventually took these mods back off because on our flat track, we didn't gain anything. If we were doing trails with a lot of hills it would be an advantage. For us and our flat track, exhaust and air intake mods are a lot better bang for the buck. Again, it depends on your riding style.

  • You need our Shorty clutch kit!

Tons of torque AND more top end! PLUS, it's rebuildable.

You WILL be impressed and it MUCH cheaper than DRPulley and will beat it all up! :-)

  • this is the best video on youtube, really shows how to do it well. I know what you mean when you say about the torquing of the flat nut. I didn't do this properly and the clutch exploded and then the tranmission rollers melted and then the splines on the crank rounded off. I think it it 60Nm standard torque for that nut.

  • pretty good!!!

  • im soooo doin this!
