I think my spots are better not to bash on you but everyone knows about this spot i made a vid on this two but it was for my beginner friends but there are better areas than this and just as easy to beat go to my channel to find one of my videos showing a better spot it gives you 6000 gil and 6000 cp in 15-20 seconds so you make like 100000 gil and 100000 cp in like 6min the video is called gil grinding if you check it out sub me to because there is more on the way.

If you got your levels high enough, I recomand kill the Benemoth first (if you can defeat him before he transform) then the other monster. Much faster and you can use Rav/Rav/Com from the beginning to the end.

BTW, you can kill this mob in 20 seconds easily, or even like 14 seconds if you go RAV + COM + COM instead. With two commandos, you get the stagger on both enemies from preemptive strike because the secondary commando preserves the bar until the first enemy is dead.

go and finish mission 54 to get double cp accessory m8 by using vanille's death ( its not nessasary to kill last boss to do it)

@poustimou this guy is clearly a higher level than you at this point, if you used libra on those monsters you will see that it is weak to fire. Get Light/Sazh/Vanille and use the combo Com/Syn/Sab. When saz casts Enfire on you, your damage will be upped to about 50k on stagger. on normal i hit him for about 30-40k, and my normal hits are 5k. With the sab, you can make them complete immobile by using fog/pain.

I got it down to 23 seconds flat, also, I'd like to note that equipping your party with Sprint Shoes helps out A LOT and also, to make things faster, go with a rav/com/rav default paradigm, then once king is staggered and the com launches him into the air, switch to a com/com/rav or com/com/com paradigm and wipe him out, then stagger the other beastie (rav/rav/rav helps) then switch back to com/com/com. it saves time:)

Sir this is terribly slow if u do this with only 45 seconds. Before i grinded on these i had my characters at around 9k hp. with Lighting/Fang/Hope and Com/Sab/Syn. I have Lights weapon that allows a commando to be able to break a stagger so i just rush the behemoth king and its dead by the first sequence of attacks closely followed by the other.

The smart thing to do would be to premptive strike these two, and stagger, and launch the behemoth into the air so it cant transform, then debuffing and killing the other gray monster.

I have been doing this too. If you stagger and kill the behemoth before he stands up and gets back all his health this fight is much shorter and easier. I am ranging from about 30 to 51 seconds a fight

I dont know man...it seems like... You could just fight the Behemoth King thats by himself ust Around the Corner from this spot in the video...next to the save point....and get 4000 a lot quicker. I would definitely recommend it to if you just got to chapter 11.

45 secs? nip over to taijins tower 3 coms mission 24, 16 secs (if that) 12000cp (growth egg, no point in grinding without it) and defo 6grand gil. Spawns right next to the stone. Saves noncing about with behemoths that drop no cash, but may aswell grind adamantortoises if ya need trapz anyway. But unfortunately drop rate for those bad boys will leave bite marks on your wrist and controlller shaped marks on your head.

Eventurly once you have groth egg (mission 55 reward i think) You will get 2x cp from the fight. You should get fang with 1700 str, Light with 1000+, Sazh's str doesn't really matter.. Once you have that the fight should last 6-9 sec's.. Total cp over an hour has been up to around 2.5mil. but your cp maxs at 999,999 so be sure to spend it when its close to there... This is not my findings and i take no credit sourced from a site i don't remember.

You are supposed to kill the Behemoth King first because then he doesnt get 800k hp... It speeds it up really fast, you just have to stagger him and keep him in the air with launch and he will never pull out his saw blade thing out of his head.

You can do this easily shortly after you get to chapter 11. The key is to kill off the Behemoth before he regenerates. Pressing Y or Triangle, if you're playing Xbox or Playstation respectively, while your ATB is charging is how it's done. Keep those attacks going and don't let him have a chance.

Actually it is very slow.

You can double that with the lone behemoth on the hill just before the save point and tripple it with mission 24 in the tower farther ahead.

This is a terrible way to farm CP.
